Refund Policy:

We create handcrafted, small batch items. Each item is created at the time you place your order with Hatch Concepts Co. Our clients can expect the highest quality, which we created just for you! We inspect every item thoroughly for quality and accuracy before it ships to you or someone special.

Returns/Refunds:

Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Only unused items in their original packaging will be accepted.

No returns will be excepted on customized merchandise.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale Items:
All sales are final on all sale items. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges:
We will exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
