Shipping Policy
- United States: 3-5 business days
- Canada & International: Please allow up to 6 weeks for Canadian and other International orders as orders are often delayed at customs.
We ship everything through USPS or UPS. Standard shipping typically leaves our warehouse within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted and typically arrives within 3-5 business days after shipping. Orders placed over the weekend and major holidays are fulfilled the next business day unless otherwise noted.
Each product may have a different ship time. Orders with multiple products will ship when all products are ready for shipment together.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Hatch Concepts Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
